This is still an alpha version so do not rely on the API as it contains
many stubs and will probably change. We are releasing it so that there
is a clear declaration of dependencies on some other projects that are
being released with support for geomm.
Extensive changes to APIs concerning centering and periodic boundary conditions
Started proper documentation and website
addition of simple calculations for kinetic energy of frames given velocities
Arrhenius equation calculation functions (not geometry based I know…)
Before this time is considered pre-history. geomm is still in alpha
and so we do not document the changes in detail at this point.
